Bodie belongs to Ray and Linda Ostrander of Sundance Creek Retrievers in Sheridan, Wyoming, and he is the reason Hazel's 2026 litter exists. We watched him run for three seasons before we asked. He's an All-Age dog with an amateur handler — Ray trained and ran him to both titles — which tells you about his trainability as much as his talent. On the line he's quiet and fast to settle; in the house, Linda says, he is furniture. He is B/B, so he cannot produce chocolate, and DM-clear, which matters with Hazel.
