Why Rye and Tucker
Rye is the best water dog we have and the most biddable; Tucker is our steadiest marker and the calmest dog in a blind we've ever owned. Both have OFA Excellent hips, which is the strongest hip pairing we've been able to make.
Rye is an EIC carrier and Tucker is EIC-clear, so no puppy can be affected; about half will carry, and their papers will say so. Rye is B/B, so we expect black and yellow and no chocolate. The one ancestor they share is our foundation female Kate, four generations back on each side — litter COI 2.9%.
We expect a litter in April 2027 and go-home in early June, which suits families who want a summer to start a pup before the first season. Nothing here is a promise until Rye's progesterone and brucellosis tests say go, and if they don't, we'll tell every family on the list the same day.

- Microchip implanted October 5 and enrolled with AKC Reunite in your name
- Exam and health certificate from our vet in Hamilton on October 12
- Four-generation pedigree with titles and OFA numbers
- Copies of both parents' OFA, CAER and DNA results
- The Ridgeline Puppy Contract, with the 30-month hip, elbow and eye guarantee

Price and deposit
$2,800 per puppy, the same as this year — confirmed the day the litter is born, not a year ahead. A $500 deposit holds an approved place now and is fully refundable until the puppies are born.
